As the East Regional Chapter Director, Carlos Bush is dedicated to fostering communication, collaboration, and engagement among the chapters within the Eastern region. With a strong commitment to the mission and values of the NCOAGA, Carlos serves as a liaison between the national leadership and local chapters, ensuring that every member has the resources and support they need to thrive.


Carlos brings extensive experience and a passion for leadership development, helping to strengthen the bonds within our community and promote the professional growth of Air National Guard personnel. He is always ready to support chapters in their efforts to advance the goals of the Association and make a lasting impact.
