The Graduate is our primary means of communications between the Board of Directors and the general membership.  As a minimum, the following members of the Board of Directors are required to submit an article for each issue of the magazine:  President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President and Regional Directors.  Local Noncommissioned Officer Academy Graduate Association chapters are encouraged to submit articles describing what their local chapter has been doing within their unit and community.

The Graduate will be returning to a printed/mailed newsletter.  Director-at-Large, Graduate will be publishing/printing four issues - two large issues and two small issues - this year.
Large Issue:  Magazine format, 20 pages maximum.  Will provide information on what transpired during the past Seminar and information on the upcoming Seminar.  Chapters may provide up to two submissions for this publication.

Small Issue:  Newsletter format, 4 pages maximum.  Will allow other chapter and regional information to be published.  Chapters may provide one submission for this publication.
